  1. Chop the onion, green pepper, red pepper, and scotch bonnet chile.
  2. Mix the cooked rice with the remaining ingredients in a tray and refrigerate until completely cold.
  3. Cook the rice with salt and concentrated chicken broth following package directions.
  4. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with salt and concentrated chicken broth.
  6. Cook the meat until well browned and with crispy bits.
  7. Add the chopped onion and cook for 4 minutes until softened.
  8. Add the chopped peppers and chile, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  9. Pour the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and shaoxing cooking wine over the meat.
  10. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  11. Add the cold rice to the skillet.
  12. Pour the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and shaoxing cooking wine over the rice.
  13. Stir constantly until each grain of rice is evenly coated.
  14. Stir-fry the mixture for 4 minutes to meld all the flavors.
  15. Serve the rice hot immediately.
