Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli
Tender beef and broccoli cooked in a slow cooker for a delicious and easy meal.

Ingredients
- 908 lb beef chuck
- 240 cup of caldo de carne
- 120 cup of soy sauce
- 55 cup of brown sugar
- 15 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 20 clove of garlic
- 60 tablespoon of water
- 20 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 400 units broccoli
- 600 units rice
- 5 to taste sesame seeds
Method
- Cut the beef chuck into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth.
- In a small container, mix the water with the cornstarch until a fine paste is formed.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Place the beef strips in the slow cooker.
- Pour the broth and soy mixture over the meat, ensuring all pieces are well covered.
- Cook on low for 3 hours.
- After 2 and a half hours, remove the lid and stir the meat.
- Add the cornstarch and water mixture to the pot.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir everything together.
- Cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve a base of cooked rice in a bowl.
- Place a portion of the beef with broccoli over the rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
