Dirty Italian Martini
A sophisticated martini with olive oil washed gin, anchovy vermouth, and blue cheese stuffed olives.

Ingredients
- 60 ounces gin
- 120 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ounce olive brine
- 15 ounce anchovy vermouth
- 36 units green olives
- 30 g blue cheese
- 5 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 g lemon zest
- 5 to taste extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Combine the gin with the olive oil in a jar.
- Shake the jar vigorously and place it upside down in the freezer overnight.
- Strain the gin through a damp coffee filter to remove oil residue.
- Crumble the blue cheese into a small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the blue cheese.
- Mix and mash the filling ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
- Stuff the green olives with the prepared blue cheese mixture.
- In a mixing glass with ice, pour the infused gin, olive brine, and anchovy vermouth.
- Stir the mixture well with a bar spoon to chill the cocktail.
- Strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the blue cheese-stuffed olives and add a few drops of olive oil on top.
