Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
- 300 fillet of chicken breast
- 3 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 3 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 30 cup of corn flakes
- 60 units egg
- 120 units tomato
- 75 units white onion
- 50 cup of lettuce
- 100 units Flour Tortillas
- 125 tub of plain yogurt
- 15 tablespoon of lime juice
- 5 to taste Salt
- 10 tablespoon of fresh parsley
- 5 to taste cooking spray
Method
- Season the chicken breast fillets with garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Beat the egg in a large bowl.
- Dip the chicken fillets in the beaten egg, then in the crushed cornflakes, coating them well.
- Chop the tomato and white onion.
- Chop the lettuce.
- Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the plain yogurt, lime juice, salt, and chopped fresh parsley in a bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.
- Place the chicken fillets on parchment paper in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook the chicken for 18 minutes at 200 degrees until crispy.
- Chop the cooked chicken.
- Toast the wheat tortillas on a hot griddle on both sides.
- Assemble the wrap by placing the lettuce, chopped chicken, tomato, onion, and yogurt sauce on the tortilla.
- Carefully roll up the tortilla to close the wrap.
