Sheet Pan Enchiladas
An easy and crispy version of classic beef enchiladas, perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients
- 300 units Corn Tortillas
- 500 g ground beef
- 10 sachet of seasoning
- 400 jar of sauce
- 300 g mozzarella cheese
- 50 g black olives
- 30 g jalapeños
- 60 ml sour cream
- 170 units avocado
Method
- Cut the corn tortillas into triangles.
- Place the chopped tortillas in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl.
- Add the taco seasoning over the meat.
- Pour the enchilada sauce into the bowl.
- Add most of the shredded cheese and mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the mixture.
- Arrange the sliced black olives and jalapeño slices over the surface.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.
- Serve a portion on a plate.
- Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and add some avocado slices on top.
