Carrot cream with brandy and spices
A silky and aromatic carrot cream with a touch of brandy, ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric.

Ingredients
- 1000 g carrot
- 200 units leek
- 150 units red onion
- 500 g butter
- 240 glass of brandy
- 5 to taste salt
- 5 g ginger
- 5 g cinnamon
- 5 g turmeric
- 1000 ml water
- 1000 liter cream
Method
- Chop the carrot.
- Clean and chop the leek.
- Mince the red onion.
- Add the butter to a large pot.
- Add the red onion and leek to the pot.
- Add the chopped carrot.
- Pour the brandy into the pot.
- Add the ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric.
- Salt to taste.
- Cover the ingredients with water.
- Cook over high heat until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the cream into the pot and cook for a few more minutes to blend the flavors.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until a creamy texture is achieved.
- Serve the cream in deep plates.
