3-Ingredient Healthy Croissants
Quick and light croissants made with rice paper, egg, and milk. Customize them with your favorite filling.

Ingredients
- 60 units rice paper wrappers
- 60 units egg
- 120 ml milk
- 5 to taste cinnamon
- 10 to taste sweetener
- 5 to taste oil
Method
- Beat the egg in a shallow, deep dish.
- Add the milk, cinnamon, and sweetener to the beaten egg and mix well.
- Soak the rice paper wrappers one by one in the mixture.
- Stack the soaked wrappers on top of each other.
- Lightly drain the stack of wrappers.
- Cut the stacked wrappers into triangles.
- Place one wrapper piece perpendicular and another at the bottom to form a base.
- Roll the pieces from the base to form a croissant shape.
- Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to the correct temperature.
- Grease the parchment paper with oil or butter.
- Place the croissants on the greased paper.
- Cook until the croissants are golden brown and cooked through.
- Slightly open the croissants during cooking to check that the inside is well done.
- Fill the croissants with cocoa cream, jam, savory options, or your favorite ingredient.
