Chickpea Stew with Meats
Light and tasty chickpea stew with beef shank, chorizo, and pork belly. A complete and healthy dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g chickpea
- 400 piece of beef shank
- 200 unit chorizo
- 200 piece of pancetta
- 150 unit onion
- 160 units carrot
- 5 clove of clove of garlic
- 20 clove of clove of garlic
- 2 leaf of bay leaf
- 15 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 30 to taste olive oil
- 10 to taste salt
- 3 to taste pepper
- 200 ml crushed tomato
- 1000 ml water
Method
- Peel the onion and carrots, and chop them into medium pieces. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- Prepare the beef shank, chorizo, and pancetta by cutting them into appropriate portions for the stew.
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion, carrots, minced garlic, and whole garlic cloves until tender.
- Add the beef shank, chorizo, and pancetta pieces, and brown lightly. Stir in the smoked paprika, mix well, add the chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and water to cover. Cook over medium-low heat for 1 and a half hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Serve the stew hot in deep plates.
