Nutella Brioche Rolls
Soft and fluffy brioche buns filled with cocoa cream, perfect for a homemade treat.

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 60 g sugar
- 5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 7 g baking powder
- 120 units egg
- 500 g wheat flour
- 2 to taste salt
- 100 g butter
- 150 g chocolate hazelnut spread
Method
- Combine the lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Stir the mixture and let it rest until foam appears on the surface.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the previous mixture.
- Add the flour and salt, mixing until an irregular dough forms.
- Knead the mixture while gradually incorporating the softened butter.
- Continue kneading until the dough has an elastic and smooth texture.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover it.
- Let the dough rest in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
- Gently deflate the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Form each portion of dough into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into an oval or rectangular shape.
- Spread a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread over the surface, leaving a border free.
- Fold the dough over the filling.
- Make cuts along one side and roll or braid them to shape the bun.
- Place the shaped buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the buns and let them rest until they look fluffy.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Brush the surface of the buns with beaten egg.
- Bake until the buns are golden and fully cooked.
- Brush the buns with melted butter while still hot before serving.
