Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Cake
Simple and healthy muffin recipe with oatmeal flour, Greek yogurt, and sugar-free dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 60 units egg
- 30 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 2 pinch of salt
- 3 pinch of baking powder
- 15 dash of honey
- 105 cup of oat flour
- 60 cup of protein milk
- 15 to taste dark chocolate chip
Method
- Beat the egg in a large bowl with a whisk or fork until frothy.
- Add the Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder, and a dash of honey. Mix well.
- Incorporate the oat flour and protein milk. Stir until a smooth, lump-free batter is obtained.
- Chop dark chocolate into small chips and add them to the batter, stirring to distribute evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 200-225 degrees for about 10 minutes while you prepare the batter.
- Pour the batter into an oven-safe mold lightly greased with oil or lined with paper.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top for decoration and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
- Serve as is or with an extra touch of chocolate on top.
