Crispy Turkey and Cheese Rolls
Quick and satisfying dinner with turkey breast, melted cheese, and a crunchy corn flake coating.

Ingredients
- 120 slice of turkey breast
- 80 slice of sliced cheese
- 60 units egg
- 50 g unsweetened cornflakes
- 5 to taste cooking spray
Method
- Lay a slice of turkey breast on a clean surface.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the turkey breast.
- Roll up the turkey breast with the cheese inside, making sure it's sealed well.
- Repeat the process with the remaining turkey and cheese slices.
- Whisk the egg in a large bowl.
- Crush the cornflakes into coarse crumbs and place them on a shallow plate.
- Dip each roll-up into the beaten egg, coating it completely.
- Coat the roll-ups in the crushed cornflakes, pressing gently so they adhere well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the roll-ups with cooking spray.
- Cook for 12 minutes at 190 °C.
- Flip the roll-ups halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Remove the roll-ups from the air fryer and serve immediately while the cheese is still melted.
