Ingredients
- 370 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 120 units egg
- 5 to taste Salt
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 100 g mozzarella
- 60 units mushrooms
- 120 units tomato
- 75 units bell pepper
Method
- Blend the cooked chickpeas with the eggs and a pinch of salt until you get a smooth, fine mixture.
- Wash and chop the mushrooms, tomato, and pepper into slices or small cubes so they cook evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent the dough from sticking.
- Spread the chickpea dough onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a circle, and bake until the edges are lightly golden and firm.
- Remove the base from the oven, spread the tomato sauce, distribute the mozzarella, and add the chopped vegetables on top, baking again until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are tender.
- Carefully remove the pizza from the oven, let it rest for a minute for the base to set, and serve immediately cut into slices.
