Quick Turkish Eggs
A healthy, high-protein dinner ready in just 10 minutes with a creamy yogurt base and poached eggs.

Ingredients
- 150 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 10 to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 5 clove of garlic
- 120 units egg
- 15 tablespoon of butter
- 5 to taste paprika
- 5 to taste sesame seeds
- 5 to taste parsley
Method
- Grate the garlic clove.
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the grated garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 3 minutes to get a poached texture.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the paprika.
- Spread the yogurt mixture as a base on a plate.
- Place the poached eggs on top of the yogurt base.
- Pour the butter with paprika over the top.
- Decorate with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
