Honey BBQ Chicken with Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1000 g chicken thigh
- 10 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 10 teaspoon of onion powder
- 10 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 to taste Salt
- 100 g BBQ sauce
- 20 tablespoon of honey
- 5 to taste cooking spray
- 1000 g potato
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 to taste cooking spray
Method
- Dice the potatoes.
- Place the diced potatoes in a bowl, spray with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the diced potatoes well until coated with the seasonings.
- Chop the chicken thighs.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, BBQ sauce, and honey.
- Stir the chicken until completely coated with the spice and sauce mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spread the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken on a greased and lined baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 20 to 22 minutes.
- Add an extra layer of BBQ sauce over the baked chicken.
- Broil the chicken in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Divide the chicken and potatoes into four equal containers.
- Close the containers and store them in the fridge until ready to eat.
