  1. Dice the potatoes.
  2. Place the diced potatoes in a bowl, spray with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the diced potatoes well until coated with the seasonings.
  4. Chop the chicken thighs.
  5. In a bowl, combine the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, BBQ sauce, and honey.
  6. Stir the chicken until completely coated with the spice and sauce mixture.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  8. Spread the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Place the marinated chicken on a greased and lined baking sheet.
  10. Bake the chicken for 20 to 22 minutes.
