Korean Pork Chop with Mom
Easy Korean recipe for pork marinated in soy and sesame, cooked over high heat with mom. Perfect for an introduction to Asian cuisine!

Ingredients
- 400 g pork pulp
- 60 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 5 g cumin
- 15 tablespoon of sesame
- 30 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 150 units onion
- 30 tablespoon of oil
- 120 ml water
Method
- Cut the pork pulp into strips.
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the pork strips, soy sauce, cumin, sesame, sesame oil, onion strips, and oil. Mix everything well to ensure it's fully coated.
- Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on available time.
- Heat a large pan over very high heat.
- Pour the marinated mixture into the pan and cook over maximum heat, stirring to brown evenly.
- Serve directly at the table, adding a little water if necessary to adjust the texture.
