  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  2. Mash the cooked potatoes until smooth.
  3. Mix the mashed potato with the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt until a uniform dough is formed.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  5. Lightly grease your hands to easily handle the dough.
  6. Flatten a portion of dough in the palm of your hand.
  7. Place a portion of the cooked minced meat and some grated cheese in the center.
  8. Close the dough over the filling, forming a ball, and flatten it slightly to give it a pocket shape.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining portions of dough and filling.
  10. Cook the onion in a pan over medium heat until tender.
  11. Add the chopped chili to the pan.
  12. Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
  13. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs, stirring well.
  14. Set aside the meat mixture.
  15. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes until tender.
  16. Heat a pan with spray oil over medium-low heat.
  17. Place the potato pockets in the pan and cover it.
  18. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  19. Repeat the process with the remaining pockets.
  20. Serve the potato pockets hot directly from the pan.
