Ingredients
- 75 units cucumber
- 30 units spring onion
- 15 to taste dark soy sauce
- 15 to taste rice vinegar
- 10 to taste honey
- 120 can of tinned tuna
- 30 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
- 10 teaspoon of chili crisp oil
- 20 ml lime juice
- 125 g jasmine rice
- 80 handful of shelled edamame
- 3 leaf of nori sheet
- 10 to taste sriracha
Method
- Thinly slice the cucumber and spring onion. In a small container with a lid, combine the sliced cucumber, spring onion, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Close the container and shake vigorously until the ingredients are fully integrated and the cucumber is well coated.
- Drain the tinned tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the light mayonnaise, chili crisp oil, and lime juice. Mix everything with a fork until you get a homogeneous and well-emulsified paste, lightly mashing the tuna so that it becomes juicy.
- Heat the jasmine rice in the microwave according to package instructions. If the edamame is frozen, thaw it under hot water or in the microwave until tender.
- Assemble the bowl by placing a base of hot rice, add the shelled edamame, the marinated cucumber with its juice, the spicy tuna, and the torn nori sheet on top. Finish by drizzling sriracha to taste for an extra spicy kick.
