Salmon, nectarine and cheese salad
A fresh summer salad combining the sweetness of nectarine with smoked salmon and avocado.

Ingredients
- 240 units tomato
- 170 units avocado
- 300 units nectarine
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 150 g salmón ahumado
- 30 g walnuts
- 30 to taste extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Slice the tomato thinly.
- Slice the avocado thinly.
- Slice the nectarine thinly.
- Chop the walnuts with a knife.
- Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
- Arrange the tomato, avocado, and nectarine slices alternately on a plate to create the base.
- Distribute spoonfuls of cottage cheese over the fruit and vegetable base.
- Top with the smoked salmon pieces.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over everything.
- Dress the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
