Warm Zucchini Salad with Ham and Burrata

Ingredients
- 30 to taste Jerez vinegar
- 60 to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 5 to taste salt
- 38 units onion
- 10 clove of garlic
- 15 to taste chives
- 2 to taste chili powder
- 500 units zucchini
- 80 slice of jamón ibérico
- 250 units burrata
- 30 to taste pine nut
- 20 to taste fresh basil
- 30 stream extra virgin olive oil
- 3 to taste salt
Method
- Combine the sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, minced onion, minced garlic, minced chives, and chili powder to make the dressing.
- Cut the zucchini into thick slices.
- Heat a skillet with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Sauté the zucchini slices until tender and golden to your liking.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on the plate and season with salt to taste.
- Add the jamón ibérico, burrata, toasted pine nuts, and fresh basil.
- Pour the dressing over and serve.
