Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 170 cup of butter
- 220 cup of brown sugar
- 60 units egg
- 5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 135 cup of oat flakes
- 150 cup of wheat flour
- 5 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2.5 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 170 cup of chocolate chips
Method
- Cream the butter with the brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg, and continue beating until combined.
- Stir in the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
- Knead by hand until the dough is uniform.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into small balls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten each ball.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake until the cookies are golden.
- Wait for them to cool slightly before removing them from the tray.
