Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta
Creamy pasta with lean ground beef, garlic, and peppers, perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients
- 600 g lean ground beef
- 250 g fusilli pasta
- 10 teaspoon of italian herbs
- 10 teaspoon of paprika
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 15 teaspoon of olive oil
- 20 units garlic
- 180 units tomato
- 150 units red pepper
- 150 g light cream cheese
- 120 cup of pasta cooking water
- 15 g parsley
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mince the garlic, dice the tomatoes, and cut the red pepper into cubes.
- Add the tomatoes, pepper, garlic, light cream cheese, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and pasta cooking water to the blender cup.
- Blend the mixture until you get a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the lean ground meat to the skillet and cook for 8 minutes, breaking up the pieces with a spatula until well browned.
- Pour the blended sauce over the meat and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and mix all ingredients well.
- Let the mixture cook over low heat for 2 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Serve the pasta on individual plates.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
