Spicy Garlic Beef Noodles
Stir-fried noodles with tender beef, onions, and a bold, spicy-sweet garlic sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 g beef
- 200 g long noodles
- 75 units white onion
- 60 sprig of scallion
- 20 clove of garlic
- 45 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 15 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 15 tablespoon of chili paste
- 15 tablespoon of sugar
- 10 to taste rice vinegar
- 15 to taste oil
- 15 to taste cornstarch
Method
- Slice the beef thinly.
- Lightly coat the beef with cornstarch.
- Julienne the onion.
- Chop the spring onion, separating the white and green parts.
- Finely mince the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, sugar, and rice vinegar.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- Heat a large pan with a splash of oil over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the onion and the white part of the spring onion to the pan.
- Sauté for 2 minutes until the onion softens.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles.
- Mix vigorously with tongs for 1 minute over high heat so the sauce reduces and caramelizes.
- Serve the noodles in a deep dish.
- Garnish with the chopped green part of the spring onion and sesame seeds.
