Healthy Cookie Dough Ice Cream
A refreshing and healthy ice cream made with frozen bananas, peanut butter, and cookie dough bites.

Ingredients
- 120 cup of oat flour
- 30 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 30 g chocolate chips
- 15 to taste honey
- 240 units banana
- 30 tablespoon of peanut butter
Method
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey.
- Form small balls with the dough until all ingredients are used.
- Blend the frozen bananas with the peanut butter in a blender until creamy.
- Gently fold in some of the dough balls and chocolate chips into the banana cream.
- Serve the mixture in a glass or individual container.
- Decorate the top with the remaining dough balls and more chocolate chips.
