Creamy Tomato and Shrimp Pasta
A delicious restaurant-style pasta with tomatoes, garlic, shrimp, and a creamy parmesan sauce.

Ingredients
- 360 units tomato
- 10 clove of garlic
- 30 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 to taste dried oregano
- 5 to taste paprika
- 250 g shrimp
- 150 ml cream
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- 250 g pasta
Method
- Peel the tomatoes and crush them with a fork.
- Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Heat a large pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and crushed tomatoes to the pan.
- Cook the mixture for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Remove tomato skins if any remain after cooking.
- Season with tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Add the peeled shrimp and cook until they change color.
- Pour in the cooking cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the pre-cooked pasta to the pan and mix well to integrate all the flavors.
- Serve the pasta on individual plates.
- Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
