Classic Italian Tiramisu
A traditional Italian dessert with creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Ingredients
- 250 ml coffee
- 180 units eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 200 g savoiardi biscuits
- 20 to taste pure cocoa powder
Method
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool completely.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites into two different bowls.
- Whip the yolks with sugar using electric beaters for 5 minutes until a frothy mixture is obtained.
- Add half of the mascarpone cheese to the yolks and beat until combined.
- Incorporate the rest of the mascarpone with a spatula using gentle, upward folding motions.
- Clean and dry the beaters, then whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add the whipped egg whites to the mascarpone cream little by little, integrating them with the spatula using soft, folding motions.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the cold coffee on both sides, being careful not to over-soak them.
- Cover the bottom of a dish or individual glasses with a layer of ladyfingers.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layering process of ladyfingers and cream until all ingredients are used.
- Dust the surface with pure cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
