Ingredients
- 60 units egg
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil
- 55 g oat flour
- 20 g almond flour
- 5 tablespoon of low-fat pure cocoa powder
- 100 g sugar-free white chocolate
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl: the beaten egg, extra virgin olive oil, oat flour, almond flour, low-fat pure cocoa powder, and sugar-free white chocolate.
- Check that you have added all the ingredients and mix them well until you get a dough that you can mold with your hands.
- If you have an oven-safe mold, place the dough in it; if not, shape the 'filipinos' by hand and place them on baking paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180º C with the fan function.
- Melt the sugar-free white chocolate and dip the 'filipinos' in it.
- Let cool in the fridge until the chocolate solidifies.
