Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta

Ingredients
- 800 g ground beef
- 5 to taste garlic powder
- 5 to taste onion powder
- 5 to taste smoked paprika
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 15 tablespoon of oil
- 150 units onion
- 20 clove of garlic
- 400 jar of fried tomato sauce
- 200 ml caldo de carne
- 200 ml cream
- 5 teaspoon of italian herbs
- 750 g conchiglie pasta
- 60 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
- 15 to taste Basil
Method
- Chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Boil the conchiglie pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente, reserving some of the cooking water before draining.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned meat to the skillet and brown until crispy, crumbling it with a spatula.
- Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the same skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour the fried tomato, beef broth, cream, and Italian herbs into the skillet.
- Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.
- Stir the browned meat, cooked pasta, and reserved cooking water into the skillet.
- Stir all ingredients until a rich and creamy texture is achieved.
- Divide the pasta into individual serving dishes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil over each portion.
