Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 240 units cherry tomatoes
- 75 units onion
- 15 g Basil
- 100 g fried tomato sauce
- 100 ml cream
- 200 ml broth
Method
- Finely dice the onion so it blends well into the sauce.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half to help release their juices.
- Wash the basil leaves, dry them carefully, and tear them by hand or cut them into thin strips.
- Sauté the onion in a large pan with a splash of oil until translucent, add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and broth, reducing the mixture over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add the raw pasta directly to the pan, pour in the cream, and cook everything together, stirring constantly until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened with the pasta's starch.
- Serve the pasta in deep dishes, distributing the tomatoes and creamy sauce evenly, and finish by decorating with fresh basil on top.
