Ingredients
- 750 pack of María cookie
- 90 g butter
- 400 ml cream
- 400 ml milk
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 150 g white chocolate
- 24 sachet of curd
- 20 g chocolate
Method
- Crush the maría cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into a pie mold, spread it well to form a uniform base, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the cooking cream, milk, and a sachet of curd. Bring to a boil and add the dark chocolate. Pour this mixture over the cookie base and freeze.
- Repeat the process for the milk chocolate and white chocolate layers: heat cream, milk, and curd, add the corresponding chocolate, and before pouring, make small lines in the previous layer with a fork so they don't run off. Freeze between layers and finish by letting it rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Grate chocolate shavings on top for decoration and serve chilled.
