Healthy Brownie Cookies
Delicious brownie-style cookies made with whipped egg whites, pure cocoa, and sugar-free chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 90 units egg white
- 60 g pure cocoa powder
- 40 g erythritol
- 30 g sugar-free chocolate chips
Method
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks while incorporating the erythritol.
- Gradually fold the pure cocoa into the mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Cook the cookies in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes (oven alternative: 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C).
- Remove the cookies from the fryer and let cool before serving.
