Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- 30 ml milk
- 10 g sugar
- 5 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 to taste salt
- 50 units egg
- 6 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 25 g butter
- 100 g Nutella
- 120 g chocolate
- 30 g hazelnut
Method
- Mix the lukewarm milk with the dry yeast, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Stir well and let rest, covered, for 10-15 minutes until foamy.
- Add the egg to the previous mixture and stir. Incorporate the softened butter and mix briefly.
- In another bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and knead for at least 10 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained.
- Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour (1.5 hours is better) until it doubles in volume.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions, fill each with Nutella, close them tightly to form balls, and let them rest, covered, in a warm place for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC with top and bottom heat. Place the balls on an oven-safe tray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Melt the chocolate and mix it with the chopped and toasted hazelnuts. Spread this mixture over the cold donuts until well covered.
