Baked Corn and Cheese Balls
An irresistible, super easy appetizer with only three main ingredients. Ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 140 can of Sweet corn
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g grated cheese
- 300 pack of pie crust
- 20 units egg yolk
- 5 to taste water
Method
- Mix the drained sweet corn with the cream cheese and grated cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crust on a clean surface and cut it into individual portions.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of each piece of dough and add a little extra cheese inside.
- Close each portion of dough to form a small ball, ensuring they are well sealed.
- Beat the egg yolk with a little water in a small bowl.
- Brush the surface of all the balls with the egg yolk and water mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the balls on a baking tray, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the balls from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
