Rolled Tortilla Pizza
A creative and quick way to make pizza using flour tortillas in easy-to-pull-apart individual portions.

Ingredients
- 240 units Flour Tortillas
- 200 ml fried tomato sauce
- 200 g shredded mozzarella
- 80 g pepperoni
- 50 g Sweet corn
- 50 g bell pepper
- 30 g green olives
- 15 g fresh parsley
Method
- Cut the wheat tortillas in half and then divide each half again to get triangle-shaped portions.
- Distribute a slice of pepperoni, a little chopped pepper, and some corn over each tortilla triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide base towards the tip to form a small cone.
- Place the rolls upright in a round oven-safe dish, covering the entire base until they are compact.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the top of the rolls with a spoon.
- Cover the entire surface with grated mozzarella.
- Distribute additional pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top before serving.
