Cheesy Beef Potato Pockets
Crispy potato pockets stuffed with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 525 units potato
- 120 cup of wheat flour
- 10 to taste chives
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 to taste paprika
- 15 tablespoon of olive oil
- 250 g ground beef
- 150 cup of grated cheese
- 10 to taste spice mix
Method
- Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl and mash them with a fork until smooth.
- Add the chopped chives, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil to the mash.
- Gradually incorporate the flour and mix with your hands until you get a manageable, non-sticky dough.
- Take a portion of dough and flatten it in the palm of your hand to form a disk.
- Place a portion of minced meat in the center of the disk and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Close the edges of the dough towards the center, covering the filling, and flatten lightly to form a compact pocket.
- Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the potato pockets on both sides until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove the pockets from the pan and serve immediately while the cheese is still melted.
