Ingredients
- 500 g ground pork
- 500 g cabbage
- 500 g carrot
- 100 units rice paper
- 10 to taste salt
- 5 to taste pepper
- 20 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 30 to taste olive oil
- 60 tablespoon of soy sauce
Method
- Cut the cabbage and carrot into fine julienne strips.
- In a pan with a good splash of olive oil, add the ground pork, season well with salt and pepper, and add the garlic powder. Stir until the meat is cooked.
- Add the cabbage and carrot, a pinch more salt, and a good splash of soy sauce. Mix everything and stir until the vegetables are cooked.
- Hydrate the rice paper sheets by submerging them in water for about 20 seconds until flexible. Place a few spoonfuls of the filling on each sheet and carefully fold them to form rolls, repeating until all the filling is used.
- In a pan with oil over high heat, fry the rolls, turning them until well-browned on all sides.
- Serve the golden rolls and enjoy them freshly made.
