Cheesy Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 75 units onion
- 15 tablespoon of oil
- 400 g Minced Meat
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 5 to taste paprika
- 200 g tomato puree
- 150 g Cheese
- 240 units Flour Tortillas
Method
- Finely chop the onion.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground meat to the skillet.
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
- Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the tomato purée over the meat and mix well.
- Cover the meat with a generous layer of cheese.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
- Arrange the corn or wheat tortillas on a plate.
- Distribute the meat and cheese mixture over each tortilla to form the tacos.
