Ingredients
- 1000 g Chicken wings
- 150 glass of Wheat flour
- 240 glass of Whole milk, skimmed
- 240 glass of semi-skimmed
- 3 to taste Black pepper
- 3 teaspoon of Ground garlic
- 3 teaspoon of Hot paprika
- 5 to taste Salt
- 150 glass of Wheat flour
- 150 glass of Breadcrumbs
- 500 as needed Oil
Method
- Take the chicken wings, already cleaned and cut. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, milk, black pepper, ground garlic, hot paprika, and salt until you get a thick paste-like texture; if it's too thick, add an extra splash of milk and stir well to integrate all ingredients. Set this mixture aside.
- In another bowl, combine the wheat flour with the breadcrumbs and mix them well.
- Using tongs, take each wing, dip it thoroughly in the milk and flour mixture, drain the excess, and then coat it completely in the flour and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat the oil in a pan or deep-fryer and fry the breaded wings until they are super crispy and golden.
