Homemade Meatballs in Sauce
Tender and juicy meatballs cooked in a homemade tomato sauce with a touch of sugar to balance the acidity.

Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Meat
- 75 units onion
- 10 clove of garlic
- 30 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 20 tablespoon of parsley
- 30 tablespoon of Breadcrumbs
- 5 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoon of Pepper
- 5 teaspoon of Salt
- 30 tablespoon of olive oil
- 5 teaspoon of garlic
- 75 units onion
- 800 can of crushed tomatoes
- 2 to taste Oregano
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 5 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until golden.
- Add the parsley to the onion and garlic mixture.
- In a bowl, combine the minced meat, onion and garlic mixture, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Grease your hands with oil and form balls with the meat until the mixture is finished.
- Heat a pan with oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the meatballs in the pan until golden brown on the outside.
- Remove the meatballs and, in the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion for the sauce.
- Add the oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes to the pan.
- Add the sugar to balance the acidity of the sauce.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve the hot meatballs in a deep dish.
- Cover with plenty of tomato sauce.
