  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until golden.
  2. Add the parsley to the onion and garlic mixture.
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, onion and garlic mixture, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  5. Grease your hands with oil and form balls with the meat until the mixture is finished.
  6. Heat a pan with oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Sear the meatballs in the pan until golden brown on the outside.
  8. Remove the meatballs and, in the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion for the sauce.
  9. Add the oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes to the pan.
  10. Add the sugar to balance the acidity of the sauce.
  11. Add the meatballs to the sauce, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Serve the hot meatballs in a deep dish.
  13. Cover with plenty of tomato sauce.
