Crispy Cauliflower Popcorn with Anti-inflammatory Sauce
Crispy air fryer cauliflower popcorn with a creamy yogurt, turmeric, and mustard sauce. Healthy, quick, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 500 g cauliflower
- 100 units egg
- 150 g corn flakes
- 5 to taste salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 3 pinch of cumin
- 5 pinch of hot paprika
- 150 unit plain yogurt
- 15 splash of lemon
- 2 pinch of turmeric
- 2 pinch of black pepper
- 5 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 3 to taste salt
Method
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets so they get nice and crispy.
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Crush the corn flakes and mix them with salt, pepper, cumin, and hot paprika in another bowl.
- First dip the cauliflower florets in the beaten eggs, then in the crushed corn flake mixture, making sure to coat them well.
- While preparing the cauliflower, mix the plain yogurt, a splash of lemon, turmeric, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, and salt to taste in a bowl until you get a smooth and creamy sauce.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C if your model requires it.
- Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding and cook for 12 minutes at 180°C until golden and crispy. Shake halfway through if necessary for even cooking.
- Serve the hot cauliflower popcorn with the anti-inflammatory dipping sauce. Enjoy this healthy and addictive snack!
