Homemade Cheesy Beef Panini Pockets
Delicious homemade dough pockets filled with spiced minced beef and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 150 units onion
- 75 units red pepper
- 75 units Yellow bell pepper
- 10 clove of garlic
- 30 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 60 ml water
- 400 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 360 cup of wheat flour
- 15 tablespoon of baking powder
- 5 teaspoon of Salt
- 12 tablespoon of sugar
- 180 cup of milk
- 30 tablespoon of oil
Method
- Chop the onion and bell peppers into small pieces.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the milk and oil to the flour mixture and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them out to form discs.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Heat a pan and sauté the minced meat together with the onion, peppers, and garlic.
- Add the tomato paste, water, and spices to the pan.
- Cook over medium heat until the meat is well done and the sauce has reduced.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture and mozzarella cheese on each dough disc.
- Close the dough discs, sealing the edges well to form pockets.
- Bake the pockets for 20 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
