  1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Grind the oat flakes until they become fine flour.
  4. Add the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture.
  5. Stir vigorously until a homogeneous batter is formed.
  6. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix gently to distribute them.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  8. Divide the batter evenly into individual oven-safe dishes previously lined with parchment paper.
  9. Slice the extra banana and place the slices on top of each cupcake.
  10. Sprinkle some additional chocolate chips over the batter.
  11. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cupcakes are golden brown and firm.
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  13. Dust a little powdered sugar over the cupcakes before serving.
