Homemade Corn Dogs
Crispy and fluffy corn dogs, a classic, quick and delicious recipe to enjoy as a snack.

Ingredients
- 240 cup of wheat flour
- 15 tablespoon of baking powder
- 5 to taste salt
- 240 cup of milk
- 60 units egg
- 450 units sausage
- 500 to taste sunflower oil
Method
- Sift the wheat flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
- Add the salt, milk, and egg to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Mix everything until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass to make dipping easier.
- Insert a skewer stick into each sausage.
- Heat a pot with plenty of oil over medium heat.
- Dip each sausage into the glass with the mixture until completely covered.
- Place the sausages in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove the corn dogs from the oil and drain them on absorbent paper.
- Serve the freshly made corn dogs with your favorite sauces.
