Honey-Soy Glazed Salmon
Golden salmon fillets glazed with an irresistible honey, soy, and lemon slice sauce. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 400 fillet of salmon fillet
- 5 teaspoon of butter
- 10 clove of garlic clove
- 40 tablespoon of honey
- 15 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 40 slice of lemon slice
- 15 to taste parsley
- 2 pinch of sweet paprika
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 5 to taste salt
- 15 to taste olive oil
Method
- Mix the sweet paprika, salt, and olive oil.
- Brush this marinade all over the salmon fillet.
- Put the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Mix until combined and set this sauce aside for later.
- Mince the garlic clove.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat without oil.
- Sear the salmon fillets for 2 or 3 minutes per side.
- Remove the salmon fillets from the pan.
- In the same pan, melt the diced butter.
- Add the minced garlic clove.
- When the garlic clove starts to brown, pour in the reserved sauce.
- Return the salmon fillets to the pan.
- Add the halved lemon slices.
- Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce to achieve a flavorful and glossy glaze.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
