Hake with Grilled Green Beans
Juicy grilled hake with green beans and poached onion, a light and healthy dish ready in half an hour.

Ingredients
- 200 slice of hake
- 150 units green bean
- 50 units onion
- 45 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 15 units parsley
- 10 to taste coarse sea salt
Method
- Cut the green beans into medium pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut as desired.
- Spread olive oil on both sides of the hake.
- Chop the parsley.
- Boil the green beans until al dente: about 10 minutes if frozen, or 15-17 minutes if fresh, depending on your preferred crispness.
- While the green beans are boiling, poach the onion in a pan.
- Add the drained green beans to the pan with the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the hake to the pan with the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and chopped parsley.
- Turn the hake until cooked through.
- Plate the hake with the vegetables.
