Crispy Gnocchi Salad
Crispy air fryer gnocchi with fresh romaine salad and creamy dill dressing. Hot and cold in perfect harmony.

Ingredients
- 400 g Gnocchi
- 200 units Romaine lettuce
- 150 units Cucumber
- 75 units Red onion
- 20 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 3 units Garlic powder
- 3 to taste Paprika
- 5 to taste Chili salt
- 2 to taste Pepper
- 2 to taste Oregano
- 100 g Plain yogurt
- 100 g Sour cream
- 30 tablespoon of Lemon juice
- 2 units Garlic powder
- 3 to taste Chili salt
- 1 to taste Pepper
- 15 sprig of Fresh dill
Method
- Mix the uncooked gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili salt, pepper, and oregano until well coated.
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, slice the cucumber, and julienne the red onion. Place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, chili salt, pepper, and minced fresh dill until a creamy dressing forms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees.
- Place the gnocchi in the air fryer and bake for 22 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Pour the dressing over the salad bowl and mix well to coat.
- Add the crispy gnocchi on top, stir everything briefly to combine flavors, and serve immediately.
