  1. Place a sheet of puff pastry over the egg mold.
  2. Press the mold cavities using an egg to mark the shape.
  3. Pour the red berries into a frying pan.
  4. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the pan.
  5. Add the cornstarch dissolved in cold water to the berry mixture.
  6. Pour the resulting jam into a bowl.
  7. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
  8. Let the jam cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut the apples into small pieces.
  10. Spread the jam over the prepared puff pastry.
  11. Distribute the apple pieces over the jam layer.
  12. Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg.
  13. Cover the top with the second sheet of puff pastry.
  14. Press the edges with a rolling pin to seal the dough.
  15. Carefully remove the egg mold.
  16. Brush the surface of the dough with the remaining beaten egg.
  17. Boil the red berry mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  18. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  19. Bake the dessert for 30 minutes until the puff pastry is golden.
  20. Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar before serving.
