Chocolate Chip Cookies with Sea Salt

Ingredients
- 115 cup of salted butter
- 110 cup of brown sugar
- 67 cup of white sugar
- 3 teaspoon of salt
- 8 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 60 units egg
- 16 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 teaspoon of baking soda
- 240 cup of wheat flour
- 255 cup of semisweet chocolate
- 30 to taste chocolate chips
- 5 to taste flaky sea salt
Method
- Beat the butter with the brown sugar, white sugar, and salt until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until combined.
- Add the cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the flour and mix just until the ingredients are incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate with a spatula.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
- Decorate the freshly baked cookies with additional chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over each cookie.
