  1. Place spoonfuls of cocoa and hazelnut spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up the portions.
  3. Beat the melted butter with the sugar in a bowl.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, beating until combined.
  5. Sift the cocoa powder, flour, and salt over the bowl and mix gently until a thick dough is formed.
  6. Beat the room temperature butter with the brown sugar and white sugar in another bowl until a whitish cream is obtained.
  7. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter cream.
  8. Add the flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips, mixing well until all ingredients are combined.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  10. Pour the brownie batter into a square mold lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
  11. Distribute the frozen cocoa and hazelnut spread blocks over the brownie batter, leaving space between them.
  12. Cover the surface with the cookie dough, pressing lightly to seal the gaps.
  13. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden.
  14. Let the dessert cool completely before cutting it into portions.
  15. Serve each portion with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to create a contrast in temperatures.
