Ingredients
- 200 breast of chicken breast
- 150 units orange
- 60 units hamburger bun
- 30 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 100 units cucumber
- 75 units carrot
- 5 to taste salt
- 12 tablespoon of sugar
- 15 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 10 to taste sesame
- 15 tablespoon of olive oil
- 80 handful of corn flakes
- 50 units egg
- 200 to taste olive oil
- 60 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
- 15 tablespoon of sriracha
Method
- Slice the chicken breast into thin, finger-thick pieces.
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Crush the corn flakes and dip the chicken slices first in the egg, then in the crushed cereal, repeating the process twice for a thicker breading.
- Cut the cucumber into very thin slices and season with sugar, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and sesame.
- Cut the carrot into sticks and season with salt and olive oil.
- Grate the orange for its zest and squeeze its juice.
- Fry the breaded chicken slices in olive oil in a pan until golden brown, then remove them.
- In a pan, mix the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, orange zest, and its juice; reduce until a thick consistency is achieved.
- Incorporate the fried chicken into the sauce with the heat off to glaze it.
- Toast the hamburger bun in a pan or toaster.
- Spread Japanese mayonnaise on the toasted bun base, place the glazed chicken, add the cucumber and carrot toppings, and finish with more sweet chili sauce.
