Smash Taco or Tortilla Burger
An irresistible combination of a juicy burger and the crispy texture of a taco.

Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef
- 100 units flour tortilla
- 80 units Cheddar Cheese
- 150 units onion
- 40 g pickles
- 20 leaf of lettuce
- 120 units tomato
- 5 to taste Salt
- 2 to taste black pepper
- 30 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 15 tablespoon of ketchup
- 15 tablespoon of mustard
- 10 to taste butter
Method
- Finely chop the onion.
- Finely chop the pickles.
- Slice the tomato thinly.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles in a bowl until smooth.
- Divide the meat into equal portions and form a ball with each.
- Place a meatball in the center of each tortilla and flatten it with your hands until it covers almost the entire surface with a thin layer.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the tortilla meat-side down in the pan and cook for 3 minutes until the meat is golden and crispy.
- Flip the tortilla, lower the heat, and place the cheese over the meat.
- Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
- In another pan, heat some butter and sauté the onion until golden and sweet.
- Place the lettuce over the melted cheesy meat.
- Add the tomato slices and caramelized onion over the lettuce.
- Pour a spoonful of the special sauce over the filling.
- Fold the tortilla in half to form the taco.
